Abstract : With the present business environment creating a strong demand pull for quality and efficiency banking sector,
core issues are being overcome gradually with time but HR issues are neglected..As motivation can be the key process of
boosting the morale of employees to encourage them to willingly give their best in accomplishing assigned tasks. This
research paper examines employee motivation and demographic variables.
