Abstract : The main purposes of this study were to investigate a comparison success of the implementation of problem-based learning in classroom and lecture based learning in classroom, and to evaluate the level of satisfaction from both method of learning. The population of this study was Suan Sunandra Rajabhat University’s students. A survey was conducted in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University during January to March of 2016. The quota sampling was utilized to obtain the sample which included 50 students, 50 percent male and 50 percent female students. Two classrooms of 25 students were set up. One for lecture based learning and the other for problem based learning. The findings revealed that the majority of respondents had gained higher knowledge from lecture based learning significantly. In addition, the level of satisfaction was higher in the classroom which using the problem based learning significantly. Keywords- Comparison, Lecture based learning, Problem based learning.
