Abstract : This research work aimed to compare the satisfaction of the students who used the service and to study the factor of quality of providing educational administration services that affected the satisfaction of the students. The sample group included 375 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The data were analyzed by t- test, One-Way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings revealed that the students of different years had different satisfaction towards the service at the statistical significance level of .05. The 4th year students were more satisfied with the educational administration service than the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students. In terms of quality of the educational administration service which included advance service provision, sufficiency of service provision and punctuality, the factors influenced the satisfaction of the students. These three factors could be used to anticipate the satisfaction of the students using the service, which was 65 percent. Keywords- quality of service , satisfaction
