Abstract : Knowledge Management is one of the important management tool which can create a strategic impact. It is
available in a various forms and on a large extent the hidden tacit knowledge can be codified and made explicit. It is believed
that by sharing of knowledge, the organization will benefit in the long run. However the success of knowledge management
depends on the role played by the organization, the developers and the users themselves. Knowledge Management have the
potential influence in many spheres of an organization. This paper makes the study of an knowledge management technical
and professional workforce need in banking sector.
