Abstract : This research was aimed to examine the readiness of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University education personnel for the EdPEx quality assurance and to compare their readiness levels based on job titles, experiences, and departments. The research population included 134 of the university staff.a questionnaire was deployed to obtain data and information. Percentages, means and standard deviation or SD were the statistics used for analysis. T-test , One-way ANOVA, and multiple comparison test per Scheffe’s method. The findings showed that; 1. The overall readiness of the education personnel for the EdPEx quality assurance was high particularly on the technical aspect which was highly prepared. However in terms of self-development, the readiness was moderately ready. 2. When examining on an individual basis, it was discovered that people with different titles and with different job functions had different readiness level, the result showed 0.5 of level of significance. Nevertheless in terms of experiences and departments, the readiness level among the personnel in spite of having different experiences and working in different departments was similar to one another. .
