Abstract : Purpose of this research to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and business risk to debt policy at the wholesale companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. The method of analysis used in this study regression. Before that using classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation test. Then test the hypothesis that the F test and t test were processed through SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing found that the business risk affects significantly on the debt policy for wholesale companies. The managerial and institutional ownerships do not affect significantly on the debt policy. Keywords - Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Business Risk, Debt Policy
