Determining the Weights of Mobile Customer Relationship Management Selection Criteria for Construction Industry

Abstract
This study is about determining the weights of Mobile Customer Relationship Management (mCRM),) selection criteria for construction industry in Turkey. It is hard to implement mCRM in construction industry because of its characteristics specifications like transactions and operations volume both in customer and firm site. Therefore mCRM selection is also as important as mCRM implementation. The aim of this study is to determine criteria for mCRM selection and then determine the weights of the chosen criteria.
