The Impact of Organizational Culture on Institutional Performance

Abstract
The present study aimed to measure the impact of organizational culture on organizational performance through administrative innovation as a medium variable by applying to the Ministry of Municipality and Environment in Qatar. The study conducted through distributing survey on the employees of the ministry to assess their opinions about the organizational culture and its impact on performance. The results revealed that there is a significant statistical positive impact of organizational culture on institutional performance and managerial innovation moderates that impact.
