<strong>Abstract</strong><br>
This research is aiming at identifying the law and regulation-based knowledge for Chinese investors to invest a
Thai souvenir shop in Thailand, so as to provide some guidance and advice for the Chinese investors who would like to do
this kind of invest in Thailand, as well as help to ensure the legality of this kind of foreign investments in Thailand. In this
research, Knowledge Management will be used as the guiding theory, tool as well as method which helps to identify, capture,
synthesize, store and represent the knowledge.
