Fundamental Right to Freedom of Religion or Belief in International Law and Indonesian Law

Abstract
This paper will examine the fundamentals of right to freedom of religion or belief in the International Law and Indonesian Law to find out if there are differences in them. In principle, there are no fundamental differences in the regulation of the fundamental rights to freedom of religion or belief in the International Law and Indonesian Law. However, the interpretation of the rules may occur in Indonesia, especially on the decision of the constitutional court, namely the Constitutional Court.
