The Relationship Between Work-Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, Workaholism and Well-Being

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between work-life balance, job satisfaction, workaholism and well-being among non-academic staffs in Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia. Questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect data from 103 respondents, in which these respondents were chosen using convenience sampling method. The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between work-life balance, job satisfaction, workaholism and well-being of the non-academic staffs. On the other hand, this study contributed to empirical literature and provided a clearer picture about the relationship between work-life balance, job satisfaction, workaholism and well-being among employees.
