Paper Title
Analysing Gender Inequality by Sexual Contract Theory

Abstract
Abstract - Gender equality is one of the most salient issues from a feminist perspective in today's world. Many feminists have explained why women should have access to equal rights and liberty in our society and how to spread awareness in societies about gender equality. In the notion of these issues, I shall examine the three types of contract theories - Marriage contract, Prostitution contract and Surrogacy contract, described in the sexual contract theory by Carole Pateman in her famous book titled “The Sexual Contract”. The book recounts the story of political rights as patriarchal or sex rights and the power men exert over women. In her book, she questions the reason for not including sexual contract theory by various contractarian theorists in the Original contract. Furthermore, if a woman does not enter into an Original and Social contract, then why people should force a woman to enter into a Marriage contract? Keywords - Rights, Equal Liberty, Marriage Contract, Prostitution Contract, and Surrogacy Contract
