Collaborative Governance in Pasundan Trans Metro Service in Bandung City, West Java, Indonesia

Abstract
Collaborative governance is a process at implementing public policies and organizing processes in a program. From this journal, where collaboration relates to public services is involved in collaborating with the Trans Metro Pasundan and service and is at seeing how the relevant inter-stakeholder collaboration is creating better public service through and developing Trans Metro Pasundan and learning about the success of the collaborative approach. The method used for regulatory governance processes in the Trans Metro Pasundan bus service uses qualitative descriptive methods. The study uses data collection techniques for interviews, observation, and other literature studies relating to research using collaborative governance process theory.
