Problems of Teenagers’ Physical, Emotional and Social Balance: towards competence based pedagogical provision and social rehabilitation

Abstract
Findings obtained by multi-perspective and multi-dimensional empirical research and measuring of adolescents’ physical balance are summarized, and these confirm substantial discrepancies of the individuals’ balance, learning and socialization. The findings highlight some peculiarities of the 12-13-year-olds’ needs, as well as to some extent reduced pedagogical provision. Data analysis lead to new knowledge on the teenagers’ balance problems, call for appropriate conceptual approach, competence-based pedagogical provision, as well as social rehabilitation to improve teenagers’ complex balance and social rehabilitation towards their well-being.
