Abstract : This research has 4 objectivities which were (1) to study the graduating students’ expectations toward master of Public Administration program in public policy of department of Political Science in the faculty of Social Science Srinakharinwirot University (2) to study the graduate students’ expectations toward Master of Public Administration Program (3) to study the employers’ expectations toward Master of Public Administration Program and (4) to study the summary’ implementation toward Master of Public Administration Program. There were 25 key informants. The open ended questionnaire and workshop record data form was research tool. By using the content analysis in “philosophy”, “required subject” and “group of elective subject” of this program.The results of this study indicated that The graduating students’ expectations toward Master of Public Administration Program: in philosophy (the publicness issue), in Required Subject(about public policy) and in Group of Elective Subject of this program (social policy and the city). 1) The graduate students’ expectations toward Master of Public Administration Program in philosophy (the public awareness), in Required Subject(more basic research subjects) and in Group of Elective Subject of this program (relevance with the field of political science). 2) The employers’ expectations toward Master of Public Administration Program in philosophy (knowledge application), inRequired Subject(the policy and strategic management) and in Group of Elective Subject of this program (relevance withsocial issuein the present time). 3) The summary’ implementation toward Master of Public Administration Program in philosophy (can be apply knowledge),in Required Subject(new 4 subjects) and in Group of Elective Subject of this program (set a new group of study).
