Abstract : This study focuses on effects of geopolitics on economic performance. South Korea and Turkey were taken
separately while arguing problem. South Korea – USA relations and Turkey – EU relations was held in economic way in order
to explain importance of geopolitics. Results showed that geopolitics have influence over development but other dynamics has
more significant in the Turkey’s and South Korea’s perspective
