Abstract : The concept of social value which the social welfare organization is pursuing is very important because it impacts on the mode, means, objectives of activity, the realization of the social purpose and also value to be accomplished by welfare program. However, the study for measuring tool or the degree of the program or organizational efforts and activities for realizing the social value or social purpose is limited. For this reason, this study focus to literature review for developing the social value orientation scale of social welfare organizations. At this reason, the purpose of this study is to review relative studies for developing social value orientation scale of social welfare organizations.
