Abstract : This paper goes to concentrate the level of Employee Satisfaction with reference to a portion of the ITES Companies in India. In this examination, a portion of the ITES Companies have been taken , for example, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, And Hcl have been concentrated to Analyze the Employee Satisfaction. What's more, this investigation goes into finding the different variables impacting the Satisfaction Levels of Employees. A Hypothesis was likewise confined to check There is no Association between the Compensation, working environment, Work life balance, bonus incentives and facilities, job security, work-life balance, IT infrastructure and relationship between different levels of management hierarchy could be identified with the Overall fulfillment of Employees in ITES organization. A Correlation Analysis was done to recognize the Impact of Compensation, working environment, bonus incentives and facilities, job security, work-life balance, IT infrastructure And relationship between different levels of management hierarchy On the Satisfaction levels of Employees. Regression analysis was additionally done to check the impact of these variables in the satisfaction levels of employees. From the analysis It was found that compensation has a high positive correlation with job security ,working environment also has a high positive correlation with the job security,. job security also has a very positive correlation with the compensation, working environment, and relationship between different level of management hierarchy, work life balance has also a high positive correlation with IT infrastructure, IT infrastructure has also a high positive correlation with the work life balance and with the overall satisfaction level of the employee. On the other hand relationship between the different levels of management hierarchy has also a high positive correlation with job security and overall satisfaction level of the employee.
