Abstract : This article concerns the assessment of different types of risks influencing the corporate bankruptcy risk. The
author has developed conceptual model that explains the causes and the trajectories of the collapse of enterprises. In the
analyses such factors as demographic, financial, market, political and operational factors influencing the risk of failure were
taken into account.
