Abstract : We have seen the Korean government facing internal conflicts between immigration policy and employment policy in the foreign employment market due to local job protection and concern about national technology leakage while faced with the problem of product deterioration due to lack of local labor supply and aging of the professional worker. We expect more studies to be conducted on the case of conflicts between policies of this immigration policy in future research, noting that conflicts between these policies are not only a problem in the construction industry sector but also throughout Korea's immigration policy.
