Abstract : When it comes to human rights violation issues, the workplace is one of the places where it is more prevalent and
more pronounced. While these issues could exist, it is not everyone who will come out or speak out against them. Employers
at the workplace have the sole duty to ensure human rights of their workers is protected and that these workers are protected
from any workplace discriminations or bullying. This paper will research on the extent of workplace human rights issues and
the role employers can play to impact the workplace environment outcome.
