Abstract : In learning English, there are many skills involved. Vocabulary inevitably plays an important role in those skills.
Therefore, in most lessons, vocabulary has been introduced to students. They have to find practical ways to remember the
vocabulary. Among those ways, many factors or strategies might be involved. This research study focuses on students’ word
learning strategies. As mentioned that there are many factors, techniques, or strategies that students employed in order to
help them remember new words. This article focuses on one of the findings which mainly discusses about the students’ own
techniques or individual strategies in another words.
