Abstract : The salvation of women entrepreneurship is the financial institutions. The long-term, medium-term and shortterm
funds are provided by financial institutions to women entrepreneurs through specially carved out schemes. In this
paper, author analyzed the financial support provided by the Institutions such as KSFC, DIC and KSWDC to women
entrepreneurs in Kalaburagi district. Capital is the basic requirement for any entrepreneurs to start up their business. Author
has focused only on the capital provided by the institutions and also provided insight on the schemes for women such as
Udyogini.
