For data gathering, Keirsey Temperament Sorter questionnaires for personality types, the innovative Kirton’s adaptive-cognitive style (1967), Kaufman’s Creativity (2012) were used. Validity and reliability of the research tool, by experts and Cronbach's alpha test were provided .The analytical results by Baron and Kenny (1968) indicated that among the four types of personality, perceiving types have a positive and significant effect, and the Feeling type has a negative and significant effect on the scholarly creativity of the students. In addition, the creative innovative style has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between each of these variables and scholarly creativity.
