Abstract : Indonesian infrastructure development has been accelerated in recent years with construction sector become the important part of it. However, The separation of government tender participation based on the company sub-categorization make large sub-categorized companies suffer from less project availability, in this case PT MajuPersada. This research will analyze the financial condition of this company in current tough condition and propose the achievable survival plan. Internal and external analysis were made. Then, alternatives was made to obtain the realistic plan that can be done in the following years. The analysis found that the company is suffering from the negative operational cash flow, and it is because the company have lower profitability compared to competitors. The most promising options are to create subsidiaries or to reduce cash conversion cycle to the average value of industry. Keywords - Capital Structure, Cash Flow, Construction, Financial Ratio, Pro-Forma Analysis.
