The purpose of this research, therefore, is to investigate whether the Myers-Briggs instrument predict academic success in the fields of Human Resources Management and Industrial Engineering. Keywords - Selection, Myers-Briggs, Criteria Of Success, Predictive Validity, Academic Success.
