Abstract : Abstract – Introduction: Banking jobs are hectic and are always fill with challenges. Banking employees thus has to face lots of problem during their work life. To overcome such difficulties, motivation can help to enhance employee will towards the work. However, in Nepalese context motivational activities in banking industries are neglected. Nepalese banking environment thus practice primitive managerial techniques in modern era. But, with change of banking paradigm, employee motivation regarding ethics has become banking culture in other countries but in Nepal this change has not yet been adopted. Thus, banks have to understand the role of ethics on employee motivation for decision making in banking industries of Nepal. Objectives: In contemporary period, banking role has been enhanced which has increased the role of employee. In this mean hour, employee motivation is needed for banking performance enhancement. Thus, the objectives of research are to determine the role of ethics on employee motivation for decision making in banking industries of Nepal. Design: Research adopts quantitative research design. As research deals with the topic associated with employee concern and banking industries, research need statistical justification for finding results. Thus, quantitative research is the best fit for this study. This research helps to analyze statistical facts through SPSS software which helps to obtain result precisely. Research also use self structured questionnaire for getting authentic results from concern population. Findings: Banking industries involves lots of activities and in the mean hour of COVID crisis challenges has further increased which enhance the role of employee. There are various ethical factors for enhancing employee motivation which can become game changer for banking performance enhancement. Motivation on employee can also helps in decision making of banks. Thus, bank has to priorities on various ethical constrains of motivation such as corporate culture, influence of communication, corporate moral outlines and ethical leadership. The research reveals employee as driving factor and motivation as tools for obtaining banking goals of enhancing performance. Practical Implication: Banking research always adds new chapter in paradigm of banking development. Consequently, research is primitive work on the field of ethics on employee motivation which further open new dimension of study in field of banking industries. Thus, ethical consideration for banking institution regarding banking employee is the main assertive for resolving problems prevailing in contemporary banking industries. Originality/ Value: Research is primal work of researcher. In this research, data are collected through primary source. Here, self structured questionnaire is used which add more value to research. Researcher has selected quantitative research design and proves the results with statistical analysis which truly make research unique. Thus, research has higher worth and value.
