Abstract : Abstract - The purpose of this research paper is to analyze whether Leap Market (Leap: Leading Entrepreneur Accelerator Platform) (“Leap Market”) being the third board introduced by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Malaysia”) being the Malaysia Stock Exchange which had officially launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia on 25 July 2017. The objective of Leap Market is to create a platform for Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (“SME”) to participate in the capital market via listing in the stock exchange market. The platform of SME corporation listing had implemented in several countries worldwide, Malaysia being the latest introducing of such implementation, it is matter of time to proof on this listing tool to really achieve its objective in assisting the SME Corporation and improve the overall economic of the country.
