Abstract : Abstract - Political culture is an important part and means of spiritual culture, contributing to maintaining social stability, preserving national cultural identity, and consolidating the interests of the ruling class, however, it is especially under the influence of the ideological foundation and lines of the ruling class. The article presents an overview of the theoretical schools of political culture research in the world and evaluates and analyzes typical contents of political culture to identify the characteristics of Australian political culture. including pragmatism, a tendency to associate ethnocentrism with Australian nationalism, and an emphasis on liberal democratic values.
