Abstract : Nowadays data mining technology in the finance industry is growing tremendously, especially with the growth of ubiquitous data in different forms. Big data mining technology helps banks to acquire new knowledge that leads to business efficiency. This paper focuses on big data mining technology and aims to investigate the factors affecting its adoption in Saudi Banks. A conceptual model was proposed based on the technology, organization and environment (TOE) framework. A quantitative approach was used to collect and analyze data, then to validate the research model. The paper highlights the importance of some issues that negatively affect adoption of big data mining technology such as technological, organizational and environmental factors. The paper concludes with a summary of the main findings and provides suggestions for future research. Keywords- Data Mining, Big Data, Adoption, Banking Sector, Saudi Banks, Saudi Arabia.
