Abstract : e-Learning is very powerful nowadays and takes crucial role in education worldwide in order to help learners develop their own academic performances individually. It supports successful education management in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of delivering knowledge. This research developed e-Learning for a business education course by employing ADDIE model for media production. Stages of the model include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The researcher integrated e-Learning with Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) which are very important for 21st century learners. The researcher expected satisfactory learning outcomes after the end of semester. This study investigated opinions both from students who enrolled in this course and educational experts to emerge necessary ideas for further e-Learning development which can be an essential part of normal university class and be able to foster higher order thinking skills of university students and bring about satisfactory academic performances. Index Terms– Business Education, e-Learning, Higher Education, Higher Order Thinking Skills
