Abstract : It is important that teacher have basic concepts that are located in the teaching process and reflect these concepts to the learning environment. The aim of the study is to investigate opinions of teachers’ about learning environment. In this research, qualitative research methods were used to collect data and analyze the results. The data of study were collected using structured written view form which is developed by the author. The data collected were examined by using content analysis. Results were given about three different dimensions of learning environment. These are “students’ motivation”, “monitoring learning environment” and “concepts of classroom management”.
