Abstract : Among the elements in the fabric of the cities, which is placed in connection with the final settlement, alley is
given special status. Both physically and mentally, it has been influential in shaping the human life. For such reasons,
redefining of this element in the collective life of man can be decisive. In order to have a multi-dimensional look at the alley,
in various areas of mental and practical life, it is necessary to be able to sum-up (usably and effectively) one of the most
important elements of urban space and residential life today - alley.
