Abstract : Business-to-business relationships in online platforms between tour operators and travel agencies has become
more important than ever before in travel and tourism sector, since advanced information technologies began to be used
more efficiently by these companies in their work processes. However, both sides in this relationship need to trust the other,
because of accurate and on-time information exchanges’ vital role for the success of businesses. In this study, online trust
perception of the travel agency sales personnel in Ukraine about a multi-national tour operator located in Antalya, Turkey
was measured. The scale used for the measurement of trust was obtained from the literature. In the analyses, the
respondents’ trust means were calculated, firstly. In addition, affective and cognitive dimensions of trust were attempted to
be identified by using confirmatory factor analysis.
