Abstract : In any of the country, financial system plays an important role in hosting up the economy. India has established a strong financial system, which helps in economic growth of a country. It is only the financial system, a major element, without which no economic activity can smoothly and effectively be conducted. Hence, study of financial industry is critical. It has always been an endeavor of the Government of India to keep on changing the industrial, economic and financial policy to keep pace with the country and globally have a balanced business, to ensure constant growth of the country in all respect.
